Confirm your date
Have questions? We can schedule an optional 20-minute call. Sign the agreement, then pay a $75 deposit to secure your shoot date.

Meet me in your chosen setting for a relaxed shoot. Your edited photos arrive in 2–3 weeks.

Hi, I’m Kino, a mental health therapist and photographer.
I know how much a first impression matters to someone looking for a therapist, and how awkward it can feel to be on the other side of the camera.
I started photographing therapists because so many of my colleagues wanted a photo that felt like them: warm, approachable and professional. I bring that understanding to every session.

How much do therapist headshots cost in Sacramento?
Basic Headshot is $275 for up to 30 minutes and 3 professionally edited, torso-up photos. Branding Session is $375 for up to 45 minutes and 10 professionally edited photos, including headshots, mid-length and full-body shots across different backgrounds and settings, plus complimentary black & white extras. Branding + Office adds 10 office photos for a total of $400.
Where do sessions take place?
Outdoors, indoors (such as your office), or a combination of both. A rented studio in Sacramento is available for an additional $75, for one hour.
Do you photograph group practices?
Yes. Group practice pricing is a $400 base session, which includes 10 photos of your office and a group photo, plus $25 per clinician. Each clinician gets a 10-minute mini session and 3 edited photos.
How are the photos edited?
True to color, leaning slightly warm. All packages except Basic Headshot also include complimentary extra black & white photos.
Is a deposit required, and is it refundable?
Yes. After you sign the services agreement, a $75 deposit secures your session date. Deposits are fully refundable if canceled by email at least 48 hours in advance.
